Terms of Service

1. Accepting These Terms

By creating an account or using the Figure Skating Fantasy League ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To participate as a Coach you must register an account with a valid email address and accurate profile information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. One person may hold one account; sharing accounts or creating accounts for other people is not allowed.

3. Drafts, Picks, and Scoring

When you draft a program, your picks are final: they cannot be edited or deleted once made, and they must follow the draft rules shown for your discipline, such as drafting in slot order and team-usage limits. Scoring is calculated from official competition results once they are posted. Scores, rankings, and league placements shown on the Site are for entertainment purposes only.

4. Leagues

League Chairmen are responsible for the leagues they create, including sharing the league name and password and managing their members. A Chairman may deactivate a player, promote Assistant Chairmen, and transfer the Chairman role. Only Site administrators may deactivate an entire league. Do not share league passwords outside your group of friends, and never attempt to join a league you were not invited to.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use usernames, team names, or league names that are offensive or inappropriate — registrations and league names are screened and may be rejected or removed.
• Attempt to access another person's account, league, or data.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site, its drafts, or its data.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or try to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

6. Fantasy Play Only

The Figure Skating Fantasy League is a free fantasy game for entertainment. No wagering, betting, or prizes of monetary value are offered or permitted. Real skating competitions are referenced for results and statistics only, and the Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any skating federation, competition organizer, or team.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or deactivate an account, remove a player from a league, or deactivate a league if these terms are violated — for example, through inappropriate names, abuse of other members, or attempts to manipulate drafts or scores. If your account is deleted, your login and profile data are erased or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Accuracy

The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep competition data, results, and statistics accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, correct, or up to date, and the Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the Site grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the current version always governs your use of the Site.
